First step.

The second step. 

To pay the ticket, you can choose from the following methods: 

• ATM Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, Bank Niaga, Bank Lippo, Bank or Permata Bank BRI. 

• Phone Banking from Bank Mandiri, BNI, BCA. 

• Internet Banking from Bank Mandiri, BCA. 

• Mobile Banking from Bank Mandiri, BCA. 

• Visa or MasterCard credit card. 

If payments are made via ATM, you will receive proof of payment confirmation. You will not receive a paper proof of payment if the payment process is done through Phone Banking, Internet Banking or Mobile Banking. 

For payment by credit card, you can call the 24-Hour Call Center Garuda Indonesia and provide a 16-digit credit card number to authorize the payment. 

With the introduction of e-ticket (electronic ticket or paper ticket without) by Garuda Indonesia for all domestic flights and flights from Jakarta to Singapore, in the form of paper tickets are no longer needed. 

The third step.
